About Papaya Play
We are Team Papaya Play, the live operations team for the Papaya Play online PC gaming platform. Our platform has been running strong since 2015, and our company, Vertigo Games, has been developing, publishing, and servicing online games worldwide since 2006. Papaya Play’s central focus has been on building great player experiences, through outstanding support, eye-catching marketing, and frequent communication with our player communities.
Papaya Play is very excited to bring you Tree of Savior to our platform and to welcome you abroad!
What will be changed in the Papaya Server?
Here are some of the contents that will be changed upon launch.
◆ Content restriction during the primary launch period
▷ The following content will be restricted for several months. We will open them after an estimated 2-3 months (TBD).
- Field Boss
- Follower Monsters
- Joint Strike Raid
- Pilgrim levels
▷ The following content will also be restricted for 4 weeks.
- Colony Wars
- Blockade Battles
◆ Content Deletion
▷ The following content will not be on our server.
- Costume Collection
▷ Some content in the Collections, that require event exclusive items has been taken out.
▷ We will not have any official TOS Support Guilds on our server, so players can help each other.
▷ Jumping characters and related items have been deleted.
◆ Language Support
▷ Since there is a large group of Brazilian players, we will have some content in Portuguese as well as English.

What can Papaya Play do as the Publisher of the game?
Here at Papaya Play, we know that games thrive and grow through their communities, so we’ll be paying close attention to our community. We aim for a game community where players feel more involved in part of the decision-making process in operating the game, by accepting suggestions and creating polls from time to time, in addition to having CAs (Community Advisors) who will be the moderators of Discord and in-game chat to absorb opinions from the community.
As Papaya Play serves as the game publisher, we would have to inherit complex aspects such as class balance provided by the game developers.
Regarding game operation, we value and are open to receiving suggestions from users, and we will try implementing them as much as we can. For other changes related to the game's user interface, functionality, and content, we are open to making necessary adjustments that will make you have a better experience.
*It's important to note that every change needs to go through the developers and must be within a realistic scope of development resources. They also must be consistent with their policies as the developers will have a final say in any change we want to make.
